Hearts in Action is a member care initiative of the Fort Wood Community Spouses' Club. Through anonymous giving and confidential assistance, we connect those who want to help with those who need a little extra support—reminding everyone that in this club, no one stands alone.
Our Mixers are casual gatherings designed to help members connect, network, collaborate, and build lasting friendships while strengthening our community together.
